Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Wash Club app and washclub.uz collect, why, whom we share it with, and how to delete it. The data controller is WASHCLUB LLC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Contact: info@washclub.uz, Telegram @washclub_uz.

What we collect

• Account: name, phone number, Telegram ID and Telegram profile photo (if any), app language.
• Cars: plate number, make, model, colour and body type; a photo of the car if you add one.
• Memberships and visits: the membership you bought, bookings (branch, time), visit history.
• Check-in: when you scan the QR code — your phone’s location at that moment (to confirm you are at the branch) and a photo of the car, used to check its plate.
• Payment: payments go through Paylov’s secure page; we never receive or store card details. We keep the amount, status and date of the payment.
• Answers to the short survey at the first sign-in.
• Device and usage: device model, OS and app version, IP address, language; events in the app (which screens were opened, which buttons were tapped) and crash reports.
• Android only: to offer the right plan to drivers who use their car for work, the app checks whether certain ride-hailing driver apps are installed on the device. We record only which of those specific apps were found — never a list of your apps.

We do not use the device’s advertising identifier and do not track location in the background.

Why

• Signing in and keeping your account.
• Bookings, check-in and the wash service.
• Checking that a membership is used by the car it belongs to (fraud prevention).
• Taking payments.
• Support and notifications through Telegram.
• Improving the app: statistics and fixing crashes.
• Meeting legal requirements (accounting).

Whom we share with

• Partner car washes (the branches in the app) — your name, plate and booking, to serve you.
• Paylov — for payments.
• Telegram — for signing in and messages.
• Yandex AppMetrica — statistics and crash reports (processed by Yandex, including outside Uzbekistan).
• Google — the map in the Android app (Google Maps) sends Google technical data: device, IP address, crashes.
• Authorities — only when the law requires it.

We do not sell data.

Where and how long we keep it

• Data is stored on servers in Uzbekistan.
• Account data — for as long as the account exists.
• Check-in photos — 90 days.
• Payment and visit records — as long as the law requires; after the account is deleted, without your personal details.
• Security logs (fraud prevention) — as long as needed.

Your rights

• See and correct your data in the app (profile, cars).
• Delete your account: Settings — «Delete account», or a request through washclub.uz/delete-account.
• Withdraw permissions (camera, location) in your phone’s settings.

Children

The app is not intended for people under 18.

Changes

If the policy changes, we update this page and its date; significant changes are announced in the app.
