How do I book a wash?
In the app, «Book»: choose a branch, your car and a time.
How does check-in work?
At the branch, open your booking, scan the QR code at the desk and photograph your car with the plate visible.
Check-in doesn’t work
Turn on location and stay near the branch. Check-in opens an hour before the booking and closes an hour after it.
How do I pay for a membership?
With a UZCARD, HUMO or Visa card on Paylov’s secure page.
How do I cancel a booking?
In «Orders» — before the check-in window opens.
How do I delete my account?
