Delete your account

In the app

Profile — Settings — «Delete account», then confirm in Telegram. The account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Write to Telegram @washclub_uz or info@washclub.uz with the account’s phone number. Once we have confirmed the number is yours, we delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and Telegram link.
• Your cars, their photos and visit photos.
• Your membership — the remaining washes are lost.
• Upcoming bookings, sessions, survey answers and statistics data.

What stays

Payment and past-visit records — without your personal details, because accounting requires them by law; security logs.
